Feldenkrais Practitioner Training
Student Evaluation and Graduation
Throughout training, students have a regular opportunity to meet with the program director and teaching faculty for guidance in their studies. You’ll receive personal support in your learning experience, encouragement of your progress, plus attention to many professional aspects of setting up your own practice.

Graduation is based on completion of

  • Awareness Through Movement® and
    Functional Integration
    ® coursework,
  • Full attendance in all sessions of the training program and
  • Successful evaluations from faculty.
Missed sessions must be completed through an authorized training program prior to graduation. Occasionally, faculty may advise additional training be undertaken before practicing the Feldenkrais Method®. In some cases, additional training may be a prerequisite to acceptance into the Feldenkrais Guild. Upon successful completion, all graduates are authorized to teach Awareness Through Movement and practice Functional Integration as a CERTIFIED FELDENKRAIS PRACTITIONER (C.F.P.), under the approval of the FELDENKRAIS GUILD of North America.

Teaching Faculty
Frank Wildman, Ph.D. is Educational Director of the Feldenkrais Movement Institute. All other faculty members studied directly with Moshe Feldenkrais and have been carefully selected for their mastery and strong teaching skills. Other certified practitioners with an advanced level of study and ability to inspire and support students may assist with instruction. During all phases of coursework, a low student-teacher ratio is maintained to ensure close supervision.
